repayment advice

My company frequently takes up to 3 weeks to a month to repay the expenses I have paid out and they reimburse. I do my expenses weekly cos they are so dire.

As a single parent it makes things very difficult. Are there any guidelines for empl;oyers to reimburse people or is it at their discretion? It has affected my credit rating where as before it was good.

Any advice is greatly received as I am really struggling!

help!
E

I'm sure you've already asked the company you work for, but do they have company credit cards? If you have regular company expenses, they may give you a card.

thats unfair - All the companies I worked for either gave a float or a credit card. It could be a company cc which you pay the bill for, just to shift the cost by a few weeks.

I had one of these 'companies' a few years back. Tell them, categorically, that you're not in a position to do this anymore. Just make up some sensible story, credit rating reduced, saving for a mortgage or something.

Company credit cards have become the norm. If this company isn't prepared to this and that, then perhaps they need to write a proper business plan...

Any company that relies on the credit abilities of it's employees to ensure it's success has a serious long term planning problem.
last paragraphi is very genrtly put IMHO
