Small dent repairs- Any experience (Huddersfield)

Hi, I have just bought a second hand car with a few (6) small dings / dents on it (the paint is not damaged), It is otherwise immaculate. I have had a look and I think they are all in places where you can get behind them (bonnet and one door). They do not look to be in double skinned areas. I really should not bother but I would like them fixed. I know the person who always looks after my cars charges about £300 per panel which I just do not want to pay.
I have seen adverts for paintless dent removal at about £50 per dent with reductions for more than one dent but I wondered if anyone had tried them and what your experiences are. Also if anyone could recommend anyone in the Huddersfield area or advise me of anyone who has done a bad job so I could avoid them.
Any advice would be appreciated.
The dings are all small and you would not normally notice them but when it is sunny and you polish the car they seem to stick out like a sore thumb (because I know they are there and I look for them)

Thanks for that but I thought these dent removers would be cheaper than a normal bodyshop?
