Excuse me for jumping on the band wagon.

I too am having a similar problem!

I bought boots from faith online which were to small so i tried to return them, blah blah gone bust, mazars told me to return them for a full refund. 3 months on still no refund despite Mazars (Nicola Baxter) emailing to say she would process it 3 weeks ago!

I have everything in writing - what more can I do??

    Dear Nicola,

Faith Shoe Group Limited – In Administration

I write to advise you that the company was placed into Administration on 22 April 2010 and N H Sinclair, R J Weston and M J Wellard were appointed Joint Administrators.

If the goods you have purchased online are either faulty and unworn or unsuitable/unworn then you will be able to obtain a full refund by returning your goods as per the instructions included on your delivery note. Once your returns have been received a refund will be processed by Head Office.

I trust this clarifies the situation.

    Kind Regards,

    Nicola Baxter | Insolvency Administrator

Thats what i'm beginning to think although I did exactly as they told me to - I think I can take this further!

Luckily the boots were in the sale anyway and only £32.50!
