HSBC - Reclaimed Charges - Enough? HELP NEEDED

I recently (after a 60 min phone call) managed to reclaim 6 months worth of charges from HSBC added to my current account based on "suffering from financial hardship".
I have a letter from HSBC admitting as such but I am now wondering does their admittance entitle me to significantly more then the 6 months charges they have already refunded?
Any help would be greatly aprpeciated.
Thanks.

Er, no.
They have assessed your claim based on your financial hardship and have decided a refund accordingly."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Thanks,
I wasn't sure whether the hardship payment was based on an assessment of if there was an absolute timescale that should be kept to.0
