New repossessed flat causes delay in moving...what shall I do?

    I've been informed by the FPMC that the service charge arrears have now been sorted out (in the timescale they said it would take) and I'm now ready to move in (although I've told them I'm in short term accommodation until the end of the month, to give me some time to weigh things up). Speaking to the LA he says that the FPMC do always get jobs done.

    So, back to my original point: should I have anything to worry about in the future that could possibly arise from the fact that this property was repossessed? If it has all been dealt with and is now in the past, then surely I have nothing to worry about. But as I don't know how these things work, I can't be sure
