Blockbusters and false advertising

Just come back from a visit to a local store where I tried to buy 5 PC games. They were £10 for 3 and £15 for 2. The 2 marked at £15 went through the till fine but the assistant told me that the 3 for £10 were supposed to be £10 each.

Naturally I walked out without buying but as this has happened to me before I wondered if there was someone I could report this store to.

I have looked on Consumer Direct but can't find anything.
Cheers.

They were doing nothing wrong, they made a mistake and told you that. If you could PROVE that the pricing was deliberately misleading then you might have a case.

You can report the store to Trading Standards, but there isn't much point really, unless as moonrakerz said, they were deliberately misleading and not just a honest mistake...
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

You could always try writing to the manager of the store, you never know, they may give you a goodwill gesture to say sorry but thats all it would be. As stated, unless it is misleading and as long as they notice the mistake before completing the sale, it is possible for them to do this.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
