The Bad New - Just tried to have my Key meters taken out and normal meters put in, the nice man  at Npower as just informed me that i have a debt of £239.99
can not change my meters until there as been an investigation carried out, cos i shouldn;t have a debt. I know i don;t have a debt i owe them zilch. If the investigation comes out in my favour they are going to wipe out the debt

Has anyone else come across this problem before and what was the outcome.

The Good News - when all this is sorted they will change my meters for free... and not the £300 they quoted me a few years back..

Di
Hoping that when I start looking after the pennies, and the pounds will take care of them selves :j
