Hang on a second, when the oil price collapesed from $147pb to something like $40pb we were told it energy was bought upto 2 years in advance so energy prices would lag. Two years later and due to a small increase in wholesale prices the costs are passed onto us within 3 months and before we have had any benefit from the drop in oil prices,
Why isn't Martin campaning against this charade?0
