My account has been suspended

Hi

I went on holiday and forgot to pay for an item.My ebay account has been suspended now. I have e-mailed the seller but he cant remove the strike as i was offering to pay the ebay fee back. How can i get that account woking again?

pay your ebay fees and your suspension will be lifted automatically, then pay for your item and send a feedback removal request to the seller.

Unless you are a brand new user you would not have got suspended for one breach, you therefore need to see what has gone wrong and sort it out. You also need to read the emails from ebay to see how long the suspension is and what they need to reinstate you, if it is a permanent ban, and buyer bans often are, then unless you can persuade one of the sellers you have had strikes from in the past to withdraw the strike you will not get reinstated.

I asked the seller to remove the strick but he said because it is was so long ago he cant do anything. Shall i send a e-mail to ebay and ask then to do something?

What did the emails from eBay say regarding your suspension?

Basically though, why would ebay do anything if you emailed them? You must have had warnings etc.
