Scratched car wheres best place to go?

I had mine resprayed a year or so ago, for 650. This was cheap, I know, but I worked out a deal with the guy for both mine and my partners cars- both the same model and colour. NOT bought as a 'mr & mrs' set, our cars so rarely come up for sale and it was coincidental they're the same colour.....

What that included was a sanding down, re-filling and reworking of the bodywork, and preparing a new bumper, including moulding to fit to the car....Then repainted/ lacquered etc....

He even very nicely repainted my wiper arms, as well!
