failed esa tribunal

i could not attend the esa tribunal because i was too unwell.

i have bad lungs and my breathing is terrible

what can i do now?

what can i claim now to be paid?

i will appeal the decision, but i am told you wont get payments whilst appealiing tribunals decision

You should have asked for the tribunal to adjourned.

You can only appeal the decision if there has been an error in the law, you need to get advice from the CAB to see if you can have another tribunal due to being too ill to attend.

You could also look for a local welfare rights organisation or a charity who specialises in your condition as well as the CAB.

Don't put this off as there are specific time limits for appeal etc. They hopefully can give you more specific advice to your situation.
