First Direct - £100 bonus - transferring salary

Hi, I am interested in this offer as I need to start a joint bank account with my wife-to-be... I was wondering if anyone knows whether you have to transfer your salary to get the bonus.

I was looking for us to keep our current accounts and transfer our wages into the First Direct account as and when it is recieved.

Will this qualify, or does it have to be directly linked to payroll?

Thanks.
Luke

The wage transfer is manual. From memory they gave me a letter with my account number on it to give to HR. There is nothing linked.

As long as you pay in £1500 per month for 3 months you will be fine.
