NatWest complaint contacts?

Getting nowhere with a NatWest complaint.
Can someone provide an email address that will take the matter straight to the top?
Thoroughly cheesed off and my email to my business manager has just been returned with an autoresponder saying she's away for another two weeks. Kind of the bank NOT to tell me that when they said they were passing my complaint on - no wonder I've not heard anything!

We complained back in 2007 direct to their head office. Instead of being helpful they closed our account as we were not making them any money, they could not have cared less. Upshot we now have a great account with barclays am so glad Natwest treated us like crap, if they had offered help we would still be stuck with their louse7y service.Barclaycard 3800

It won't matter if bank relationship manager is away for 2 weeks as banks are given 8 weeks to respond before you can raise the complain further.
But complaints procedure:

I would put a pair of sturdy boots on and walk to the darn place an enquire, rather than waste ones time writing daft emails0

Who said anything about writing a daft email? What would be in the point in that??
Anywhere, I emailed and I went i and complained... even though I eventually got an apology, I can't say I'm left feeling very satisfied. I have a total of 5 accounts with them which I think I'll just move...0
