Overprinting on web page

In the last couple of months I have noticed that on some web pages there is some fine print on top of other print, e.g. on this page "Welcome Jake'sGran, you last visited etc..."
The overprinting is just the usual warning about "Please exercise caution and report etc..." In other pages it is always at the top and always different clauses printed over each other.
Does anyone know what is causing this to happen? I tried to cut and paste it in this post so that you would know what I mean but it couldn't be done. It is not a huge problem, just annoying.
