jsa: payment given but not recieved

hiya all
my boyfriend and i have been on jsa since may, and was due a payment last friday. today i rung up the jobcentre and the guy on the phone said that we have had 2 payments - one was £205 which should of cleared friday and another £145 which was due to clear today.
is there anything we can do to get this money as we have bills needing paying and food electric etc.

Have you contacted your bank to see what's happened to the money?
If the bank can't see it then check with the JSA people that they have your correct account details.
