recieved bank statements

i have just recieved my statements from my bank(more than 40 days). I have listed and totaled all charges on simple ms works spreadsheet of my own. What is the next thing to do. it says to put charges on spreadsheet provided but i cant seem to follow them one is a simple one and the other is complex one. and when do i request the 8% interest. can anyone help

All i did was total up my charges then send the 1st standard letter as detailed on the Consumer Action Group forum.0 -
hi there tightbarsteward, i am registered with the action group. its just that on the 7 step plan, Step 1. you ask for rundown of charges(done)Step 1a. send letter asking for preliminary appoach for repayment. that is where i have the problem. do i send them a copy of spreadsheet with charges inluding the 8%(which i dont understand)or do i send just a letter and a list of charges.0
