Itunes Sync mystery fault

I Keep getting the following error message whn syncing my iPhone. Does anyone know what it is and how I can fix it?

Take out your sim card.... ( this is the key to restoring) plug the iphone into the pc and itunes takes over from there...it will install the 2.0 firmware
Reboot when its done, it will say "can not activate the phone this is due to the sim card not being in the phone".. just put the sim card back in and plug phone back into your computer that just restored the 2.0 and it will activate your phone and your set... hope this helps.. it sucks when you struggle for hours to find a fix:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

If the above does not work - Put phone into DUF mode (blank screen) load ziphone up Do it all
and it's done ziphone wont detect the iphone when its in recovery mode for some strange reason, revert back to 1.1.4:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
