Problems logging in to Santander (Abbey)

Is anyone else having problems logging into the santander account (Abbey) I know they where doing some change on friday and setting up OTP. Every time I logged in it told me that there was a problem bla bla bla and if I had registered for OTP I should change my Password. I did this and no luck, called the call center and they said you just have to keep trying different passwords and the system is prob thinking there not secure. The said about no consecutive letters or numbers 8 - 16 characters all that stuff. I said I would keep trying, after 6 or more different ones I now have a password of random numbers and letters and it is still saying the same error.
Is anyone else having problems, just so I know as I will be calling them some stage on Monday.
