This is a long shot, and not sure it's in the right place.
Does anyone have a back issue of 'Gardeners World' (possibly May 2006 or thereabouts) which had 'Fresh Ideas' instructions on how to make a decorate spiders web for the garden out of wire? I'd be grateful for a photocopy (expenses paid of course) or to buy the magazine from you.
Thanks very much if you can help.0 -

Good Morning Tenzing ....
I do love a bit of investigative work ...
I ... sad keeper of old magazines ... have a copies of March 2006 to August 2006 Gardener's World's ... I also found a lot of hitherto undiscovered dust and fluff ... where did that come from ... ... Unfortunately however there is nothing in any of the Fresh Idea's section's detailing spiders webs made from wire ... ? ......
There were little plant supports made out of wire ... sort of big vase shapes for growing climbers on and through .... also a very pretty wire based 'wreath' with little hanging glass jars ... but no spideys ....
You sound so precise ... but could it be in another section or magazine? .... I have not got time to look through all the copies page by page at the mo ... but I will given time if you wish so ...
Hope this Helps ...LittleBill ... "The riches of a man can be measured by what he can do without"0 -

Thanks very much LittleBill. I had a sudden thought and looked on ebay. Someone was offering some back copies for sale. They very kindly looked through them and found it in the Feb 2006 issue, so I've put a bid on. Thank you VERY VERY much for looking through your copies for me though.
I don't have any idea where the dust and fluff come from ... it's not mine - mine's all accounted for!!:rotfl: Thanks again, very much.
Thanks Clowance for your brilliant idea too. Hadn't thought of that. Thanks very much.LittleBill wrote: »Good Morning Tenzing ....

Are the coupons worth 40p off, or just 20p off? In post 1239 we are told that they are 20p off.

Many thanks LittleBill - I was just about to post this.
Yep, unfortunately there are no coupons in Olive this month. The recipes look great though - especially the raspberry lime curd tart (I've got some raspberries in the fridge) - mmmm...'Into every abyss I still bear the blessing of my affirmation' (Friedrich Nietzsche)0 -
