Cook from Frozen?

I've done it before with no problems - you can either stick it in the microwave (if you have one) or put it in a pan with a splash of water (to stop it sticking) and heat it gently until defrosted, then over a higher heat until piping hot all the way through. Stirring regularly will help it defrost more quickly, and stop it sticking to the pan.
HTH - enjoy your chilli!Back after a very long break!0 -
You're not cooking it you're reheating it. I'd just put in the microwave, cook for 2 minutes, then stir, 2 minutes, stir etc. till heated through......0

Often re-heat this sort of thing from frozen (mostly because I'm absent minded and forget to take it out in enough time
)
As others have said, just be sure it is nice and hot all through and you'll be fine. Enjoy!0
