Egg Card charge interest on BT Fee!

After listening to taped phone conversations Egg have admitted that no mention of interest being charged on the balance transfer fee was made.
They have now refunded £17.34 which was the interest charged on the 0%fee.
Always write the time as well as the date when speaking to these companies!0
