Aftre reading the Sky thread I decided to ring them up my box just died and I am still paying the same amount I started with (or a little more as the price has increased).
After 1hr on the phone to different people argueing my case I have an engineer callin on Sat to do a GUARENTEED REPAIR (if they can't fix it they will replace it) and have decreased my payments to £27 a month
