Hi, I was having the same problem with the error message saying my e mail address was already taken.
I spoke to someone at railcard who advised that you need to log on at the top of the page, then click renew and fill in details and remember to add the code.
I have just managed to do mine

    Hope this helps

Was hoping to be able to do this but it keeps bouncing me back to step 2 when it comes to confirm and pay. Very frustrating. Is this because my current card hasn't yet expired? it expires on 20th August.

We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

So this doesn't work if you weren't a trial card holder ??

I would like to know the answer to this too. I will be travelling to Teignmouth from Birmingham in a few weeks. Its going to cost me and my son £110 return, so this railcard would be of great help

I got the same message as Kirium, so must have to have been a trial card holder :-(

I had the trial card and i've tried several times over the last few days to get the railcard unsucessfully.
I keep getting the email address is already in use, then when i changed it to a different email address and got on to the next screen it told me that the details do no match the infomation they hold.

I will have to phone the helpline tomorrow as i'm at a loss to what it can be.

    Hi Bossymommy,
I was going by the link in the email!

I got my free 2 month railcard, and then missed the deadline to send off for the half price railcard.:wall:

Does anyone know if they repeat this offer, or if there are any other offers for a railcard?
