simple spread sheet and pdf file problem

hi peeps
1) doing mulity paged spread sheets have 3 or 4 different total boxes on each sheet,,(this is all working fine) but i need a formula to bring 4 answers from say 4-7 pages to 1 page,cant remember it at all:o
2) also im doing some costing spread sheets and have copied photos from web site,s and placed next to info of said object,,this works ok but two companies have sent link's to pdf files or brochures,,is their any way to copy these??? ( insert the old confused smiley !!!)

For 1) you can do
=SUM(Sheet1!A1,Sheet2!A1) or =Sheet1!A1+Sheet2!A1
or use the Consolidate method under Data in menu.
For 2) you might have to do a PrtSc on the pic you want and paste/edit it in a graphics program.0 -
