Hi
I have only just realised that i am entitled to tax credit, £165 a month would you believe??
i have requested the forms but they say i am only entitles to 3 months backdated cash.
Is there any way of getting it backdated any more as we are really suffering with cash at the moment.
Anyone help????

Unless you previously asked and were given incorrect information then I am afraid not, not knowing you could not have applied is not seen as a valid reason to backdate further. Don't know how old you child(ren) are but you would normally receive information about child benefit and tax credits when they are born.0

Thanks for that, kids are 9 & 12 so we have missed out on thousands!! Unbelievable.
Cheers
