help parental controls for DSi

Does anyone know how to set parental controls on the dsi?
We have found this site

BUT 1) how well does it work?
2) is there a free version.

My son is 10 but I don't want him accessing dodgy stuff!

You have to PAY for a browser?????

Given that the DSi is so easily modified to run whatever you want, it would be very easy for your son to install another browser that you have no control over.
You can buy "websafe" routers that have filtering capabilities as standard for very little money (circa £40) and that won't be bypassed unless your son knows the login details for the router itself.

One distinct advantage to a "websafe" router is that if your son (or his friends) decide to access the internet on another device (such as a laptop) using your internet connection, the same rules that you set for net access will apply right across the board.
