Hard floor varnish

I'm looking for a floor varnish that is stronger than the standard Ronseal stuff we had put on our floors. When we had our floors done 6 months ago we had 3-4 coats put on and to be honest I'm not impressed.
Now we are sanding down our stairs and I'm looking for something stronger than what B&Q sell. I've been told 2-part varnishes are better but so far haven't found anywhere that sells them other than the on the old interweb and no-one who had ever tried them.
Can anyone recommend a good brand or pass on any experiences with these?

you could try a yacht varnish, not sure how you spell it *lol* but that is very good.

Yep, I'd recommend a yacht varnish too - if it can cope with seawater and weather, a few people walking over it shouldn't pose a problem. B&Q stock it for definite. Think it might be Cuprinol who do it.
