Tesco's not sending out deals vouchers

they seem quite busy at the moment anyway, my sister and i ordered blackpool wristband tokens and they took more than a week to arrive, and that's with online codes, nothing to query, we each did our own order using our own vouchers so they must be busy if it takes ovewr a week for something straightforward like that.

but i am going to start saving for a holiday, so am interested in what's happening with this now.

by the way if anyone is interested i used vouchers i bought on ebay to order tussauds passes last quarter. tesco cancelled the order and they gave the points that weren't mine back to the clubcard holder.

Which passes did you order? The annual pass wasn't available between May and August, only the five day pass. I just wondered whether this had anything to do with the rejection or if it was indeed because the vouchers were not yours.

sorry, the 5 visit pass i ordered, £17.50 in vouchers. i bought £21 in vouchers off ebay . tesco just didn't send my pass, they didn't get in touch with me to tell me the order was cancelled and it didn't show as cancelled on the website. i had to call tesco myself to find out that the order was cancelled and then there were problems with finding out what would happen because they would not discuss my account with the other person, or her account with me.

in the end somebody told me her vouchers were credited back to her account, but it was another month before the points were showing in her balance, it was all a bit of a mess but in the end she got the points in her august mailing and ordered blackpool wristbands for me instead. i was lucky in this case to have an ebay seller who didn't mind all the messing about.

things such as tussauds passes etc. can still be ordered using vouchers from somebody else, but they have apply for it and then forward it on to you. i don't think there's any way of using other people's vouchers for larger things where the deals vouchers have your name on though.

Surely if they have accepted the order and then sent the clubcard vouchers out they cannot refuse to honour them?

I still haven't had my tesco vouchers to actually convert into deals - it stated on my receipt they should been here by 10/9, sadly they have not turned up
