Tesco's not sending out deals vouchers

Im wondering if any one has the problem I am having.

I have received over time £427 worth of club card vouchers which they have sent to me, I decided to change them for cosmos deals, I give the codes online and waited for my cosmos vouchers to be sent to me.
They did not come , after about 4 or 5 days I rang Tesco's to find out where they had got to, this is when they told me it was under investigation because I had a lot of club card deals, I do not no what is gong on other people are getting there deals with the same or more money than myself.

£427 seems a lot to cash in?

I only get £35-£40 a quarter making around £150 ish a year so have you been saving for 3-4 years?

But you said you did this online - I thought it was only recent vouchers (within the last year) that have the online codes on - older ones you have to send to Tesco rather than cash them online.

So have you collected £427 within the last year or have you got them from other sources? eg friends and family or possibly brought them on eBay?

Only vouchers issued to YOU on YOUR clubcard can be redeemed, if you have used somebody elses them Tesco will query this.

They have been stamping down on voucher 'sales' recently.

Can you give us some more information as to what time frame you have collected these over and whose name appears on the vouchers?

Did you use any other means to boost your clubcard points totals at all?

Wow this is worrying,
I collect about £90 a quater and I've been saving them for one big redeme on a holiday next year.

Candys-kisses, you should see some of the points balances on loyalty points forum.co.uk! I just use codes from here on my weekly shop/ occasional wine warehouse shop, regular petrol purchases and I signed up for all the clubs to get extra points vouchers. Some people use points codes more than once by getting club cards for other household members, wombling other people's abandoned til spits around the store and buying products offering extra points (eg ipods which people bought for the points them sold on ebay!) There are also good points offers if you take out electricity, insurance etc with tesco and if you have a tesco credit card you get a point for every pound you spend as well as instore points.

Yes it has been over the last year, we do shopping for our family as well as ourselfs, and have also got a Tescos credit card we have spent a lot of money with tesco's over this period and the vouchers are all in my husband and myself names. We have taken advantage of the tesco's promational codes as well.

I think it's more that you are cashing them in at once, they are checking they are in your name etc. Don't worry!

well you cannot help worrying they are making me feel like ive done something wrong and the lack of comunication from tescos is non existent, they have never written to me of telephoned it has been me doing all telephoning and not getting anywhere this has been going on since the 18th August, and im still waiting.

I would phone deals and ask to speak to a manager. That does seem like a log time.

:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: I've been saving for a holiday next year too. I have £125 from last quarter and so far £59 this quarter.
I use 3 or 4 accounts and rotate them so i can keep using the codes. I only do one shop a week and collect the odd instore promotion, but this is scary:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

I'm saving for a holiday next year too and got £220 so far from last 2 quarters! So will be interested to hear what they say about yours!

If you break down the order into chunks then it should go through, but anything too large tends to be investigated.

Saying that, I sent some vouchers back to deals and have heard nothing yet. I sent rgistered delivery and know they arrived. Phoned Tesco and the guy I spoke to said the Deals department are inundated at the moment because people have had their vouchers and are applying for deals. I suspect they are dealing with the 'easy' things first like sending deals out that don't need any looking at.

I sent off nearly £200 in vouchers to receive some tussauds pass deals for my family and they arrived on the fourth day after I posted the form.

Tesco are clamping down on the use of codes and I am not surprised they are querying such a large accumulation of points in such a short time. The vouchers I redeemed were up to two years old.
