Hi all Going through some paperwork I have come across my old Lease Agreement (this relates to a property we no longer live in) which contained some strange (imo) clauses which I never managed to resolve at the time. Can anyone shed any light on the clauses below? - are they 'valid' / enforceable etc - so I know what to…

No I just hung my pics on the hooks provided by the previous tenant lol, but I would have done if I needed too, this house was neutralised and greatly improved by me, as the landlord pointed out when he asked me not to leave............
