Oversears Money Transfer

Dear all MoneySaving Experts
I intend to buy a property in overseas and prepare to transfer a lump sum of £80,000 from my current account at NatWest to a current account at HSBC overseas.
1. Transfers via bank do not seem to offer better exchange rates and I learnt online at sendmoneyhome.org there seem many agencies could help at a more attractive rates.
TORFX is one of the brokers that seem to offer best rates. Has anyone had experience in using it? Is it reliable? How about its service?
2. Online transfer to another bank account is limited to £10,000 per day and it is free of charge. I understand any transfers greater than this amount could be done at the NatWest branch. If I opt for ordinary transfer not CHAPS, is it free of charge? How long does it take for the money to reach TORFX's segregated account at Barclays?
Many thanks to those who could help and share their experience.
Kind regards
SC
