This is incorrect.
It does not matter when a person is paid, what matters is when the work is done.
If you work 1 day a week for £20 a time and it's paid every 4 weeks at £80, it would be treated as £20 per week.
If you work 4 days in a single week and nothing in the other 3 it would be treated as £80 in a single week even if it was paid at £20 a week over 4 different weeks.0 -

An update
She rang the job centre, basically the letter regarding the years earnings and all the info - they explained not to worry, as its a computer generated letter, just to send it back unfilled with a covering letter explaining that all the bank statements and slips etc go in every month. It basically boils down to as her earnings aren't the same each month, the computer generates the letters.
Part 2 - letters re bank statements / bank books etc, apparently thats been computer generated as well, it all ties in with the uneven earnings pattern and it complicates the computer as its not her main bank account that her benefits go into.... she uses a seperate bank account for mystery shopping, to save someone trawling through all the bank statements...
So all she has to do is pop into the job centre with her bank statements and they can copy it all, she doesn't want to put bank books in the post....
She said the lady was really nice told her not to worry its just a routine thing as her earnings aren't the same, and the asking of the accounts is to make sure shes not got over the capital limit.. which she says she hasn't - so fingers crossed.
So touch wood,xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
