    Looks good to me though i have no idea of the NI housing market.
    Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

    NI Market is the worst in the UK at the moment, so hard to sell so thought I would ask for any feedback at all, as Ive had 4 viewings in 10 months

    The inside of the house looks lovely to me. The outside looks tidy, the only thing I'd say is that the back garden does look quite small.

    I don't know if you want to spend any more money on it, but to me it seems a shame that you've got quite a lot of room at the side of the house that isn't being used. Have you thought about changing the fence so that it encloses the area at the side of the house as well as the back garden?

    But having said that, it is a nice looking house, and someone else can easily see that they could do that themselves, so I'm not sure that making the change would actually bring more buyers along. Sorry not to have any brilliant ideas - good luck with everything.
