Halifax reward account

Just got told that I cannot convert my current account to the reward current a/c due to the fact that I have already got a reward account under my name.

have they changed ther t&cs? I remember they use to allow each customer to have a maximum of 3 reward current accounts

One URCA
and one joint.

Yes (last Nov from memory).

You can now only hold one in sole name ( but also one in joint names - if there's someone to be 'joint' with. Which would mean a potential of one each + joint = 3)
