Had a couple of letters now the latest threatening a local baliff and court action the debt now being £127 still ignoring them but it is hard

Just to support what Coupon Mad has said, take it from a former bailiff that they can not just send bailiffs around on a whim. I know its scary but relax.

  • When all this is over and you realise what a nasty little scam this business is, don't forget the grief the scammers have caused you and tell everybody not to pay PPC 'fines'. Get your own back and kick them in the profits!
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!

Hi i have recieved the third letter it is from CCScollect which i cant see on the sticky thread. It basicly says our client has instructed us to recover the full amount you owe (£127.50). we are now making arrangements for one of our collectors to VISIT YOU AT HOME.

    Still sticking to my guns

It's the last letter :D and is mentioned on the sticky thread, under the PPC called 'G24':

Have a look at the CCS letters and taxiphil's post which clearly shows your letter is the last. taxiphil collects these letters for fun and is a trusted poster here.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

For them to claim obstruction they would need to demonstrate that your actions have caused them £70 of actual loss.

Don't go to the expense of getting in a packet of Hob Nobs. You'll be sorry to hear they won't be turning up.

    How rude!
