Sorry, but I am seriously :rotfl: at the thought of Hypno doing the housework for the cleaner coming! :D Another one here feeling bleurgh too - I have the start of a cold I think as my throat is extemely sore, however I will take echinacea and vitamin c and ask it nicely to go and leave me alone!

I'd be just the same, that's why I wonder if it would ever be worth me thinking of getting a cleaner. I'm in hotels at the moment, and I'd never leave the room to be cleaned without tidying first and wiping up any obvious spills :o

Oh, forgot my good news post, got on the fitness room scales, 62.6 kg without shoes, 9st 12 lbs including clothes, the lightest I've been for years :j:j:j:j

Target is 9st 5 lbs ( so at least 9st 6lbs with clothes) so only 5 or 6 lbs to go :) Maybe I'll actually get to target after all this time :D

Currently surviving without the contact 400 too, so improving on that front too.

Well done on the weight loss, Se - I was 9 st 10.5 yesterday which keeps me in my trading range, so I am happy with that and that was BEFORE I had given blood which must account for another lb or so :rotfl:

Well now in a new hotel and a new town. Got a free room upgrade too :D No idea why, it's not part of a chain as far as we know. Room is massive with a canopy over the bed, and super bathroom with seperate shower, definitely how the other half live :)

sf - hope your dieting shows results soon.

Well, I headed out as soon as I got home for a run - did almost 6.5 miles so I am more than happy with that as it is the first time I have been out since I felt ill.

DD has cooked enchiladas for dinner which smell fab and I envisage a soak in the bath and a collapse on the sofa for the rest of the evening.

Hope you have all had a good day x
