  • Hypno - divorce is not easy for sure and I didn't have children 'in the mix'.........sorry you are having to cope with this too!

Glad I didn't read last night because I too was having chocy issues. Came in from work, took left overs out of the fridge and it slipped out of my hand and it and the dish smashed all over floor - so then had 5 bags of crisps instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Enjoy Ski Saturday!

  • Sorry things are so c**p for you at the moment. I hope the ski weekend brightens things up for you and you have some fun.

Red curls you sound like a woman after my own heart, apart from the red hair. I'm sooo jealous of the hair because I have always wanted to be a preraphelite princess and I'm about as far from anything like any type of princess lol!

They were laughing at me in work this week cos I said my C.B.A. Syndrome was playing up big time this last week or so (I have been working at work though, lol!). They were all very concerned and said they had never heard of it and what were the symptoms etc. For some reason I lost the sympathy when I explained. Can't see why it's very debilitating.
  • Angelaf - sit down, take a deep breath and laugh.................................

    I have black hair!!!!

My neice is the one with the beautiful red curls (and green eyes too!)

  • Ah! So we both disappointed lol! My sister was the one with the beautiful copper curls. Ah well can't win them all.

And I'm still not shredding I scare too easily.

  • Hi all,

Long term lurker here, I hope this isn't cheeky but I have read with interest about your shredding and was wondering whether you thought it would be suitable for a breast feeding mummy?

My wobbley jelly belly thanks you

Hi taxi - the crappiness will pass, and in any event, it could be a lot worse, and so I am grateful for the fact that he and I do actually still talk!

butterflylady, I would say YES shred is perfectly good for a breastfeeding mummy - just wear a very good support bra ;)

DS skied brilliantly but fell as he crossed the finish line so was disqualified.....but is happy with the way he skied up until that point, so will take that and move on. More of the same tomorrow, although I will drop him off then come home and carry on painting.....

I nipped into town and had my hair cut - my usual hairdresser is the owner of the salon and has just put his prices right up, so I had decided that I would have this cut that I had booked, but then go elsewhere for the next one as the price was just too high. But I got a call to say he was not in, so I had another (cheaper) stylist who was half the price and fabby - so have booked in with him again for next time, so am more than happy with that. Then, the bus driver gave me and DD a free ride back to the ski club, so a very MSE day all round!

Did buy a winter's supply of opaque black tights from Primark, but they are an absolute essential, and were much cheaper than M&S or Boots which is where I normally buy my tights.

Chicken and chips with baked beans for dinner, combined with X factor and not a lot else - hope you all have a good evening xx
