It is a killer exercise dvd - 3 levels of 20 mins each. They are only 20 mins because that is all anyone can possibly manage without collapsing!!

It is a 30 day thing, by which time you are supposed to have abs to die for and thighs of steel! (although I fear that 30 days will not be sufficient for such wonders as far as my wobbly bits are concerned!)

I have done 11 days consecutively, so far, and moved up to level 2 yesterday.....if you are a fan of press ups, lunges and squat thrusts, all using weights, then it is for you.

I am determined to do all 30 days.....and am setting my alarm for 5.30 each morning in order that I can do my 20 mins of hell before work each day :o

Yes, I have gone slightly mad :rotfl:

Hypno - all your new stuff is gorgeous! you definitely have to find somewhere to show off that gold tunic, it's fabulous. :D
You encourage me - I have a few more pounds to go but I ground to a halt... and it will be sooo nice to be back in a size 10. Did you find you now feel the age you were when you last weighed what you do now? I feel I've lost 10 years, which takes me back to the last time I weighed what I do now.

Oooh I would love thighs of steel, I will google for it! Though I fear you would have to keep it up forever as the steel would soon revert to lard.

It is only about 4 years since I was last this weight, miggy, which was a pretty stressful time - still owed about £70k of debt, and wondering how the heck we were going to survive it!

I would have to go back over 10 years I think before I could start to think about it being a "good" time, sadly. And I still have half a stone to go until I am at the same weight I was then.

But I am certainly heading in the right direction, on all levels :D

I'm actually, secretly, quite enjoying it - and with it being only 20 mins, there is little excuse for not fitting it in my day. I am not sure I would keep it up daily, after the 30 days, but could definitely see myself doing it on alternate days, or on the days I don't run, for example.

I got mine from Tesco.com but Pania ordered hers from there last weekend and they are now on delayed delivery.

Amazon will probably have plenty at a reasonable price - I paid about £6 for mine!
