It is a killer exercise dvd - 3 levels of 20 mins each. They are only 20 mins because that is all anyone can possibly manage without collapsing!!
It is a 30 day thing, by which time you are supposed to have abs to die for and thighs of steel! (although I fear that 30 days will not be sufficient for such wonders as far as my wobbly bits are concerned!)
I have done 11 days consecutively, so far, and moved up to level 2 yesterday.....if you are a fan of press ups, lunges and squat thrusts, all using weights, then it is for you.
I am determined to do all 30 days.....and am setting my alarm for 5.30 each morning in order that I can do my 20 mins of hell before work each day

Hypno - all your new stuff is gorgeous! you definitely have to find somewhere to show off that gold tunic, it's fabulous.
You encourage me - I have a few more pounds to go but I ground to a halt... and it will be sooo nice to be back in a size 10. Did you find you now feel the age you were when you last weighed what you do now? I feel I've lost 10 years, which takes me back to the last time I weighed what I do now.Miggy

Oooh I would love thighs of steel, I will google for it! Though I fear you would have to keep it up forever as the steel would soon revert to lard.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620

It is only about 4 years since I was last this weight, miggy, which was a pretty stressful time - still owed about £70k of debt, and wondering how the heck we were going to survive it!
I would have to go back over 10 years I think before I could start to think about it being a "good" time, sadly. And I still have half a stone to go until I am at the same weight I was then.
But I am certainly heading in the right direction, on all levelsSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

I'm actually, secretly, quite enjoying it - and with it being only 20 mins, there is little excuse for not fitting it in my day. I am not sure I would keep it up daily, after the 30 days, but could definitely see myself doing it on alternate days, or on the days I don't run, for example.
I got mine from Tesco.com but Pania ordered hers from there last weekend and they are now on delayed delivery.
Amazon will probably have plenty at a reasonable price - I paid about £6 for mine!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
