3, I really do think it's time to consider taking actual legal action via the small claims court. I was looking at the regulations I pasted to your wall, and if the terms of the holiday had changed in between your booking and the time of departure it's RMcG's responsibility to make you aware of that in good time. The new terms - as evidenced by the change of data on their website viz. the new age limit - were not made clear to you, and after the fact there was some question as to the age appropriateness of the whole thing for J.

The dodgy hotel blokes (on the Stokke comp night) seem very keen to get me on board, to make sure I go them them as soon as my current contract finishes and to 'work out a suitable package' :T

I need to go through a formal interview with one of the guys I met last week plus the MD for this big bl00dy company :eek::eek: but they don't seem to think it is a problem
