Good Luck to Pink Princess and MOTM for GCSEs- Fingers crossed my Year 11s get good results too! :P
Evansangel- sorry you didnt get on your course but people do drop out so I would keep ringing them all the way up to the 3rd week of the course starting as they may still take you on.
Somnium- Oooh, exciting about the flat. I know exactly how it feels! Are you sure you dont want to hold out for a house though? We were shown some awful places and I had about 7 weeks to go before we were offered a gorgeous home! I am so glad we held out. Also, the longer youre on the list the higher priority you become in some areas.
MFD - ive just noticed your weight loss    Well done! How are you doing it if you dont mind me asking?
Well Ayana is in her big cot now. Shes too long for her moses basket.First baby born 10/06/10:heartpuls 6lb 10z:heartpulsI love my little family0 -
LOL Michelle - I am on the Dukan diet. I think a couple of others on here have started since I started too
It is no carb, high protein, low fat so pretty strict but it is working (and I really needed it!). Hubby has been dieting too so it has made it easier.
My baby bit me  Benjamin was crying so I went up to him and whilst I was feeling around for his dummy (under his head as usual) he bit down on my little finger - he must have thought I was a dummy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hubby and I are ironing again - I am trying to steer him away from my clothes and get him doing his own and DSS'splease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
hi everyone,
i've been lurking so trying to keep up, but there is so much to comment on, i dont know where to start because i wouldn't want to leave anyone out.
news in our family -- LO has done a wee on the toilet (last night) and poo on the toilet tonight. I was so chuffed with her. I'm not actively trying to start training her, but she comes to the loo with me all the time and MIL also, so knows what its for. I took her up for her bath tonight and asked if she wanted to do a wee on the big toilet and she tried climbing up. was shocked when it was more than a wee.
i sympathise with you Glam as we are moving also. Although i am probably more like your OH and have loads of stuff where my OH doesnt. I hate throwing things out but am being very very good and getting rid of loads of things.
umm.. what else, oh yeah, OH said to me tonight, why dont we have a few months in the new place and then start trying for another baby  ....... my response, no chance, the one we have doesn't sleep through the night yet and when she does, i'd like to catch up on some before i lose it again. such a shock as it was me wanting another and quite close, but LO is a handful (and of course a massive joy)
watching 'how the other half live' so no doubt i'll be in tears again0 -
:j for toilet wees and poops!
I've just been sitting here sobbing into my hormones. Stupid period, not even the great joy of my Mooncup makes up for this. I am feeling miserable, think it was my sewing machine adventures brought it on, my grandmother never taught me to use one and learning makes me think of her. I think I shall go to bed now and sniffle into my pillow. Goodnight.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

oh SS ... sorry you are feeling sad. have a good ole snuggle into your pillow x0 -
SS - hope you are okay hun, you know where I am if you want to chat xx
Yay for wees and poops AF!! Bless her, you must be very proud. I think at this age they are quite amenable to 'having a go' and there is no pressure on anybody to actually get anywhere with it. We continue to sit on the potty occasionally but nothing in there yet!
When do you move?please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
Speaking of diets, i am on an eat-less-junk diet as of yesterday lol. I did the Atkins diet after i finished bf'ing DS and it was brill but i didn't do the maintenance, just went back to usual diet and so it piled back on eventually.
I have 42lb's to lose  That's pretty shocking isn't it?Am usually munching on crap late at night so it's reeeeeeeeeeeally hard not to.
