Does MSE change p u r e e to Pur!e automatically?! Maybe it doesn't like the accent on the e?

ETA Im not that OCD that I put the accent on the e btw, tbh I didn't even realize it should have one, the iPad does it automatically!

I've bumped the baby fund ebay thread to motivate me to sell my stuff again :Dhttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1596437 Come and join me!

    I've just listed 7 items :j.

Phew, I am wiped out. Had a busy day....again! I think the thought of going back to work has kicked me into gear. Went to car boot sale this morning and got a few baby clothes bargains. Have then spent the afternoon sorting out Henry's room, then our room. It all looks so much better now though. I really hate our bedroom furniture. We inherited it when we moved in and can't afford to change it at the mo but I am trying to think of ways to customise it cheaply. I also made HM soup and delicious cheesey-chilli bread for tea. I was amazed that OH willingly ate soup for tea but he actually asked to have it again :T! Happy days.

  • Glam - Katie does that to me in the swimming pool, risking exposing more than just my bra!

Katie has just discovered the brambles in our garden bear fruit so has picked some given it me to wash and scoffed it - looks like I have a little forager on my hands

:rotfl: Go take her to a pick your own, she will love it!

    Hugs Mel.

CFAC girl I second Caz advice to get outside, especially if you are getting low during the day. A bit of fresh air and sunlight (and dare I say a bit of gentle e-word) will perk you up a bit. Have you made it out to any baby groups yet? Even if you don't go with "making new mummy friends" in mind, it would be a good way to get you out of the house once a week. Speak to your HV if you don't know what is on where. And maybe check your local library? (Sorry if you do already know where the all are and I'm teaching you to suck eggs )

We've had a lovely day today, but DH hasn't. Got shop-lifted at work last night, so instead of having a lovely day he has been busy giving evidence to the police and showing them cctv and things . Me and Izzy however, went up to Hampton to visit one of our friends, plus another old friend who was visiting. We had a walk through the park and saw dogs, ducks, horses and deer, had a very nice lunch and some ice-cream and saw some trains when we put our friend on the train home too :)

Then when we got back we picked up DH and headed to the allotment and the park. Busy busy busy.

And tomorrow monday rolls around again, how did that happen?!

Glad u had a good day GISI, do love a good car boot. also love a good sort out, u feel so much better for it don't u!! Lol going back to work is having the opposite effect on me and I just wanna do very little, think I'm sub consciously trying to make the time drag har har!!

Som glad u got ur mura, grr about the tyre though. I had one go flat a few days after we bought ours and my local bike shop put slime in all 4 tyres for me and pumped them back up to right pressure for under £20 which I thought was quite good as least I don't worry so much about getting a flat tyre when Im a way from home!! The slime stuff kinda repairs a puncture as soon as u get it so u don't lose hardly any air, IYSWIM!!

Nope. She's not been on for ages and I think Susan's been off for a few days as well.

Thinking about it wasn't Beenie thinking about taking her ex back and then she disappeared?

  • Hi all,

Looks like MIL has decided against coming with us - but I have lots of brownie points for being a great DIL

Benjamin has been uber cute all day but bad mummy completely forgot to feed him until 6 o'clock! Thank goodness for the emergency toddler meals in the cupboard :o

Am still peed off that my buggy has been cancelled.

And in secret news....hubby says we need to arrange a trip to Vegas before we have another baby :D
