I wouldn't dream of taking out appliance insurance. In 50 years I think that I have only had to call someone out once. Save the money and then, if you are unlucky, you will have the money ready to repair or replace. Siimples!!!I can afford anything that I want.

I would just get the local man out every 6 or so years when the brushes or pum goes. Last time was £50, abount every 6 years. Far cheaper and quicker.0

Please, PLEASE (!), look at these two threads re the same - I have had the biggest nightmare with my LG FF and Dom Gen - not on these threads but to note, my call was escalated to a Manager last Tuesday and I have not had a call back to date!!!!
