how can i find out the rebuild cost of my 4 in a block cottage flat i know there is a website for house rebuilds but flatsare not included the flat is worth £90,000 and i have it covered for £73,000 rebuild cost is it enough maxdog

Always thought this was something impossible to find out. You may have something in your mortgage deeds if you buy but if you rent god knows. I'm with Halifax and I'm pretty sure it just says infinite or basically it costs as much as it costs!0

there is a way of working it out the same as houses - on a per square metre price, depending on the age and type of building.
if you post up or pm me some basic property details - geographic area, square metreage, age built
