Always thought this was something impossible to find out. You may have something in your mortgage deeds if you buy but if you rent god knows. I'm with Halifax and I'm pretty sure it just says infinite or basically it costs as much as it costs!0

there is a way of working it out the same as houses - on a per square metre price, depending on the age and type of building.
if you post up or pm me some basic property details - geographic area, square metreage, age built
