New Video Camera?

Hi all,

I want to buy a video camera but I have no clue which one! It has to be waterproof, and HD. I did have my heart set on the Sanyo Xacti WH1 Waterproof video camera from Play.com at £179.99:

However, I have also seen the Kodak Sport camera's which are cheaper, and also record in full 1080p HD.

Has anybody got any recommendations or ideas?

    The whole canon range looks out of my price range! I cant go above £200 really. I have been looking at the two I have said in my OP but cant make up my mind.
