Thanks Bristol, don't think I would touch nPower and have only just been away from SP for a year. Got £87.50 then, all helps.

I'm considering each of these offers - just wondering if anyone has anything good to say about the nPower offer? I haven't read all the small print etc yet, but it seems to be offering you a further £110 discount after a year on the GoSave tariff? Of course I may have read this wrong, and if the overall cost is more than Scottish Power anyway then I'd probably go with Scottish Power instead.

The 'further' 'discount' is built in to the more expensive prices - if you look on the comparison sites you will see that the nPower tariff is only competitive if you include this annual discount.

Note, however, that Scottish Power have also introduced discounts that will only be paid on a fixed future date to their cheaper tariffs.
