Hi there folk
Am absolutely devastated at the loss of my courgettes and squashes. My OH's dog decided they were a tasty treat and has eaten all 8 of my plants.
Anyone know of any companies that sell the plants as am only finding autum plug plants now.
Any help appreciated

I know just how you feel, our mut has dug up my salad patch 3 times now, finally got hubby to put a gate in the archway to the veggie patch,
As for replacement plants, b%q and homebase still have some veggies available, and I'm sure I saw some in Aldi as well -0 -
There are some being sold on ebay now.
I've just sowed some more courgettes, to go in when I have space, they crop well late, especially if you give them some protection.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
You could always post a wanted ad on your local Freecycle.
Someone may have a surplus of courgettes and squashes. Members on my local FC group are always giving away surplus plants.I have learned that success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has had to overcome while trying to succeed. Know how you feel, I've just lost two courgette plants as the wind has blew the pots over and the plants have snapped clean off. :mad:0

I feel your pain, my toddler ransacked my strawberry plants and upon discovering them only half ripe and not very tasty proceeded to grind them into the greenhouse floor... he also got the pip when I was skyping his grandparents and pulled out all of my lovely healthy calendular plants from their pot... suffice to say I was not his biggest fan that day!0
