so do i .not looking forward to it as i react to everything badly.the downside is it can cause lymphoma in later life.live for today is my motto:). you are only a young girl, you should try and make the most of your life instead of worrying about badges etc.my son has chronic fatigue and he just gets on with it as much as he can.ok,he crashes for days on end but he tries to get on with it.hes starting uni in sept instead of lying in bed all the time.not having a go at you ash before you start ranting:D:D.i understand your frustration but dont let it become an obsession.just be thankful for the good days, doped up or not.

Eventually she will, though, and so will I. :( It's what happens with hypermobility syndrome and EDS when you have it badly. Wear and tear lands you with joint damage - my father has early-onset osteoporosis and arthritis from it.

i know how you feel hun, this time last year i did a 6 mile ghost walk thing, ending up in the cemetery ghostbusting, the week before that i was at the races with my OH,used to have regular nights out with the girls.i get so wound up and frustrated myself and i am 45 in august, feel like have lost my independence so i do honestly feel for you.i see my son with CFS and it breaks my heart.you are all so young to be so ill,at least i had til i was 41 before i got rheumatoid.i was fine until i was attacked and left for dead, shock brought it on,and believe me i was terrified to go out for ages and i did have panic attacks, scared the life out of me.my arthritis isnt under control as i have reactions to everything.i have just finished with district nurse dressing both legs, blistered knee to toe due to drug reaction which happened in march.badly scarred.hopefully new meds will work,am looking into doing an open uni undergrad degree, just so am not fed up,stuck here.i hope you, tralia,sh and others who have posted get what you need badge and benefit wise.would be great if there was a fairy to wave the wand and make us all better.
