First Time Seller - What Now?

Hi,
Looking for some advice - we have just accepted an offer on our house. There is no chain at our end, as if we cannot complete on a new place in time, we will move in with relatives. There is no chain their end as it is an investment property and will be let.
Having never sold a house before - what is the next step? Also, how quickly could we expect it to go through?
And how do I wipe the massive smile of my face and concentrate on work? (house was on the market for 9 months, was beginning to despair it would ever sell and am doing 90 miles a day commute...)
Yours in excitement,
Ali
