26, redundant and want to study part time, what am I entitled to?

Am I entitled to any grants for going back to study part time?

If you are claiming JSA then you can still continue to receive this if your course is part time. It must be called part time, a full time course with just a few taught hours will not count. As long as you are entitled to JSA you can get help with rent and council tax.
If it is a full time course you will not be entitled to any benefits but should be able to get a student loan and if you have been self supporting for more than 3 years you should get some financial help.
Your best bet is to talk to the college about what grants, bursaries etc are available0
