I am having a problem with :

They advertise calls to Guyana landlines as being 9 ppm & I have used this system for a couple of months but then something happened lately as their recorded message started telling me it

is 25 ppm. I contacted them about this by filling a form they have on their web site & their

reply was that my destination number is a Mobile. I posted to them a couple of sites that show Guyana

Mobile always starts with 6 ( example : 592 + 6?? ? ) but they would have none of it.

I tried four different landline numbers but no luck.

I have a feeling that they have been dishonest about this as the rest of the Finarea telecoms charge the correct price for calling landlines or mobile numbers in Guyana.

Any idea whom to complain to ?
